A French style hair barrette that measures a little over 3 inches long, and about 1/2 inch wide. The closing mechanism has two different settings on which it can clasp, making it great for fine or thick hair.
There are seven little glass tiles on the barrette, and each one has a different colorful intricate design on it. These are made by hand in a range of colors and patterns, and each barrette varies slightly in its exact pattern and look - there are several different barrettes in the photos to give you an idea of the kind of variances you'll see. The glass tiles measure approximately 12x12mm, and they are smooth and rounded at the edges; not sharp to the touch. A unique and lovely little hair accessory that's great for everyday wear.
